Ingredients For the Kadhi Base: Curd (ଦହି) – 1 cup (slightly sour is better) Besan (ଗ୍ରାମ ଫ୍ଲାୱର / ବେସନ) – 2 tablespoons Water (ପାଣି) – 2 to 2.5 cups (as needed for desired consistency) Turmeric powder (ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ) – ¼ teaspoon Red chili powder (ଲାଲ୍ ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ) – ½ teaspoon Salt (ଲୁଣ) – as per taste For Tempering (ତଡକା ପାଇଁ): Oil or Ghee (ତେଲ/ଘିଅ) – 1 to 2 tablespoons Mustard seeds (ରାଇ) – ½ teaspoon carom seeds (juani)-2 tspoon Hing (ହିଂ / ହିଙ୍ଗୁ) – a pinch Dry red chilies (ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା) – 1 or 2 Curry leaves (ଭୁଣିଆ ପତ୍ର) – 6 to 8 leaves Green chili (କଞ୍ଚା ଲଙ୍କା) – 1, slit (optional) For Final Addition: Boondi (ବୁନ୍ଦି) – ½ to 1 cup (store-bought or homemade) Fresh coriander leaves (ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର) – chopped, for garnish. process to make Boondi Kadhi This recipe is very easy to make and absolutely delicious to enjoy.   Ingredients  Rohu or Catla Fish – 500 grams (cut and cleaned) Curd (Dahi) – 1 cup (well beaten) Mustard Oil – 4 to 5 tblspoon Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon (For marination) + ½ teaspoon (for gravy) Mustard Seed -1 tblspoon  Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 Tablespoon Gram flour -1 tblspoon   Dry Red Chilli -3 nos  Salt – to taste Process To Cook  First Clean the Fish pieces.
